Returns & Exchanges: We want you to love your purchase. In an unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item we offer returns. Items received in good conditions can be exchanged not returned, Only damaged or defective items can be returned.
Items must be inspected before the dispatcher leaves and if there is a damage please inform us immediately and we would offer a timely resolution.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. Cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • Return Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@glowloop.ng within the 3 days window. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items received).
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange process. We will ship the new item once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility for exchange.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund .
  • Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, certain items such as used/opened cosmetics, skincare products, and makeup tools cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
